- All electric and heating are included in rental price.
- Electric heating from electric under floor heating in kitchen,
lounge and wet room., supplemented by radiators for winter
occupation ( via LPG boiler.). Electric panel heaters in the
bedrooms.
- Electric shower, heated towel rail in wet room.
- Crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware, etc. provided
- Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer ,washing
machine, dishwasher, toaster, radio /CD with Ipod docking facility.
- Digital TV with freeview, DVD, small library of DVD's.
- Selection of board games and books.
- Bed linen & towels included in rent. ( please provide own Beach
towels)
